The hospital is run on daily basis with a dedicated team of 59 clinical and Administrative staff. The daily management of the hospital is led by the Chief Executive Officer who works with a team of managers in the management committee. The CEO reports to the board of directors who are representatives of various stakeholders.Personnel remains our key resource in restoring sight and giving hope to people living with visual impairment.
